Try this: take one belief you hold about your weight or worth, and gently challenge it. Instead of “I’ll never be able to change,” try “I’m learning to make choices that honor my health.” This small shift begins to rewrite the subconscious story, opening space for a healthier self-view.


Practice Self-Compassion

Changing lifelong habits and beliefs isn’t easy. Be gentle with yourself. Celebrate small victories and recognize that transformation is a journey, not a sprint. Self-compassion is like lightening your load; it allows you to approach change from a place of kindness rather than judgment.


Reconnect with Your Body
