How the work happens

We work with the layer where the pattern is actually living.

Each session is shaped around what is most relevant to the person and the pattern in front of us. This is not a one-size-fits-all process.

We work with the beliefs, associations, inner responses, and automatic patterns that often operate beneath conscious effort.

We pay attention to state, activation, capacity, and the body’s learned responses so change becomes more embodied and usable.
