Small-Group Rewiring Skills Training
A structured small-group experience for building practical nervous system, emotional regulation, pattern recognition, and self-leadership skills.

Many self-aware women already understand their patterns. The harder part is accessing a different response when the body is activated, emotions are high, or the old survival strategy takes over.
What this supports
How the group works
This is not about performing healing, oversharing, or turning growth into another pressure project. The focus is learning practical skills, practicing them, and building capacity over time.
The group is intentionally kept focused and supportive so there is enough structure to learn, enough space to reflect, and enough containment to practice.
You learn tools for noticing state, naming emotions, tracking activation, grounding, recognizing stories, and choosing more intentionally.
Change becomes more available when new responses are practiced repeatedly enough that they begin feeling familiar under real-life pressure.
The work stays connected to everyday moments: relationships, emotional triggers, boundaries, overthinking, self-doubt, and old patterns.
This is a skills-based group, not group therapy. Reflection is welcome, but participation does not require exposing your most private material to the room.
You want structure, practice, repetition, and nervous system skills you can use in daily life.
You are open to learning in a small online group without needing intensive 1:1 processing.
You are looking for private deep processing, crisis support, or individualized therapeutic care.
You want passive content without practicing, reflecting, or participating in the learning process.
What to expect
Complete a short interest form so I can understand what you are looking for and whether this group appears aligned.
If the group is a fit, you will receive next steps, schedule details, and any preparation materials before we begin.
Each session focuses on practical learning, guided reflection, nervous system skills, and real-life application.
You continue using the skills between sessions so the work becomes more familiar, accessible, and embodied over time.
Start with the interest form. This helps ensure the group is aligned before moving into next steps.
