All sales of ebooks, audio programs, and digital guides are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

All session bookings are also non-refundable. You are welcome to reschedule at any time outside of the 24-hour window before your appointment, with no penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session will result in forfeiture of that session.
